FXO’s Profit Maximizer Program and Mastermind

As you'll learn in this program, managing risk is crucial to business success. To safeguard our materials from unauthorized distribution, we require all participants to agree to the terms of enrollment.

Program Agreement

During the program,

We will:

Provide access to the Profit Maximizer Program portal, which includes downloadable training in the form of videos, templates, and guides designed to help make your business more profitable. This will allow you to focus on growth rather than daily operations.

Listen and respond to your requests within 24-48 business hours.

Treat you respectfully in every interaction and aim to help you achieve your best.

Hold ourselves accountable and work to make things right if we let you down.



You will:

Quickly implement what you learn from the program and ask for help when needed.

Continue investing your time, money, and effort into developing your business. We'll help you prioritize, but you need to do the work.

Keep your commitments by working through the modules, doing the work, and paying your program fee on time.

Respect our intellectual property. You may share our material with individuals (with proper attribution) but not with groups or publicly.

Refer us to peers who might benefit from FXO’s guidance and insights once you've seen the value of the program.



Privacy & Confidentiality:

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow mastermind participants.

Recognize that any confidential information shared belongs solely to the participant or company that disclosed it.

Use confidential information only in discussions with other program participants and not share it outside of program sessions.

Understand that the materials provided are the company's proprietary intellectual property and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold by anyone but the company.

Accept that if you violate these terms, the company and/or participants can seek legal relief to prevent further violations.

Understand that participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Behaviour:

FXO Consulting Inc. reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program if you disrupt the program or impair others' participation, with reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Terms of Sale:

By purchasing the Profit Maximizer program, you commit to the purchase and understand all sales are non-refundable, waiving any rights to charge back your purchase. Failure to comply may result in loss of access to the program.

Important Notes:

Access to the portal is limited to two months. All materials are downloadable, and it is recommended that you save any necessary content within this timeframe.

Disclaimer

The experiences and outcomes shared in this program are intended as examples of how these strategies can be applied and what results might be achieved. Individual results will vary. Success depends on several factors including, but not limited to, your background, experience, effort, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee specific results, and no claims or assurances are made regarding potential profits or losses.

Currency

All monetary amounts mentioned in this Agreement and any additional program terms are in CAD (Canadian Dollars), unless specified otherwise.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement benefits solely the Parties to this Agreement and their respective permitted successors and assigns, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, confers on any other Person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under, or by reason of this Agreement.





Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising under this Agreement each Party irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration to be held in Toronto, Canada. Arbitration shall be under the Canadian Arbitration Association Expedited Arbitration Rules and in accordance with any Arbitration Act of the arbitration city and province. Each Party agrees that a final judgment by such arbitration is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Counterparts

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which is deemed an original, but all of which together are deemed to be one and the same agreement.

Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that:

The Client has had sufficient time to review and consider this Agreement thoroughly.

The Client has read and understands the terms of this Agreement and the Client’s obligations hereunder; and

The Client has been given an opportunity to obtain independent legal advice, or such other advice as the Client may desire, concerning the interpretation and effect of this Agreement.



By purchasing FXO’s Profit Maximizer Program and/or Mastermind, I accept the above terms of enrollment as noted above.
